AirDialog is an on-demand private charter airline based on the Central Coast servicing airports throughout California and nearby out-of-state destinations. We started AirDialog to cater to your travel needs and offer you the greatest flexibility at competitive rates. 

We are an FAA certified Part 135 operator authorized to fly in the Continental US, Canada and Mexico. Our aircraft and pilots are available 24/7 to fit your schedule. 

We currently service airports throughout California and neighboring states, and provide access to the airports most convenient for your travel needs from Paso Robles, Palo Alto, Lake Tahoe, Monterrey, Fresno, to Catalina Islands, just to name a few. If you don’t see your airport listed, please ask.

Depending on point of origin, we can also fly non-stop to border cities in AZ, OR, and NV.

SAFETY

Our comfortable 4 seat (3 passenger) Cirrus SR22 aircraft has a cruising speed of 200 mph. The plane features leather interior, extra legroom, storage pockets, reclining seats, and air conditioning — we invite you to enjoy the view through the large UV-protected window seats for every passenger. 

Our aircraft is equipped with Technically Advanced Avionics and safety features above all aircraft in its class, including the Cirrus Airframe Parachute System (CAPS), which deploys a parachute above the airframe to lower the plane to safety in the event of an emergency.

The health and safety of our passengers and pilots is top priority, and we are taking extra precautions to protect you. Our COVID-19 procedures are aligned with the FAA and CDC guidance. We strictly adhere to enhanced cleaning protocols of our aircraft before and after every flight. We provide hand sanitizer, disposable masks and gloves upon request. Your pilot will escort you from a private gate directly to the aircraft to further limit exposure to germs. 

AirDialog flights are operated by FAA-approved Part 135 operators whose aircraft have undergone an FAA conformity inspection, have been certified for Part 135 operations, and carry an appropriate and current airworthiness certificate.

AirDialog flights are performed on Technically Advanced Aircraft with the latest safety features including sophisticated autopilots, traffic alerting, terrain avoidance, and satellite weather links, to name a few.

All pilots hold a commercial pilot certificate, have at least 1200 hours of flight time as a pilot, and meet or exceed the FAA’s requirements for operating a Part 135 Flight. All our pilots must pass testing every six months, during which they are evaluated against FAA standards and approved by the FAA based on their pilot knowledge, skills and abilities to act as Pilot in Command under Part 135 operations.

Weather leading up to the time of an AirDialog flight is continuously monitored by the flight’s Pilot in Command and Chief Pilot. Should conditions be deemed unsafe for the performance of the flight, the trip will be cancelled or rescheduled at no cost to the customer, with safety being the highest priority.

BOOKING

AirDialog specializes in short hop trips up to 3 hours in length.

Request a Quote and tell us when and where you want to go, we will promptly confirm availability and provide a booking link so you can pay online and plan your trip.

When you fly with AirDialog, you don’t have to worry about quantities of liquids, electronics, or whether your bag is overweight.* Your valuables will always be within reach in the cabin.

*Luggage weight is not limited but is subject to weight and balance of the aircraft.

Whether you need a one-way drop off or pick up, same day roundtrip, overnight, weekend or a longer stay, we have you covered.

We will do our best to accommodate minor changes in departure times without a change in price. Flights that need to be rescheduled or cancelled may be subject to additional fees, and to the terms of our cancellation policy. 

If you need to cancel your flight, please try to do so as soon as possible. 

  • Flights cancelled more than 48 hours in advance of departure time are eligible for 100% credit of the total price paid, for use on a future AirDialog flight.
  • Flights cancelled less than 48 hours in advance of departure time are not eligible for a refund or credit.

DAY OF FLIGHT

The Chief Pilot and Captain of your flight continuously monitor the weather right up to the time of your departure. If they see any reason to cancel or delay your flight, our Customer Service team will contact you to advise of the situation. If we determine that your flight cannot be performed safely, then you will be refunded in full.

We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes prior to your flight departure time. 

Two great things about our private charter service: most parking is free, and you avoid major airline terminals and the crowds.

AirDialog flights depart from an FBO (Fixed Base Operator), which is an executive terminal where General Aviation flights (aka private planes) depart. At major airports, the FBOs are usually in a separate section of the airport from commercial flight departures. Please refer to your AirDialog confirmation for the name and address of your FBO.

Parking at the FBO may even be valet, depending on the airport. When you arrive at the FBO, let the front desk attendant know that you are checking in for an AirDialog flight and the tail number of your plane. Your pilot will meet you there shortly and accompany you to the aircraft.
